Aipn Agency (“Aipn”, “we”, “us”) is a web development studio run by Alessio Pavlenco and Sergiu Fiodorov. We build websites, AI automation, online stores and CRMs, and run paid advertising for businesses.
The controller of your personal information is Aipn Agency S.R.L., a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO [company number]), Str-la Ion Vodă 10, Cimișlia, Moldova. We also have offices in the United Kingdom and Italy. UK ICO registration number: [add once registered].
This policy explains what we collect through aipnagency.com, why, who we share it with and your rights under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the data protection law of the Republic of Moldova.
We only collect what we need to reply to you and do the work:
Please don’t send us sensitive information (such as health data) through the site. We don’t need it.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it to make automated decisions that affect you.
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that protect it:
We may also share information between our offices in Moldova, the UK and Italy to deliver your project, with our accountants and professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use three kinds:
aipn_consent remembers your cookie choice for 6 months.__stripe_mid (1 year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes) to prevent fraud._ga and _ga_* to count visits, kept for up to 14 months._gcl_* to measure our adverts, kept for up to 90 days.Nothing except necessary cookies loads until you choose. You can change your mind at any time: change your cookie settings. When you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics and marketing cookies.
We’re based in Moldova with offices in the UK and Italy, and some of our providers (Google, Cal.com and Stripe) may process data in the United States. Moldova and the US are outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Whenever your information leaves the UK or EEA, we protect it with one of the following:
Email us for a copy of the safeguards that apply to you.
You have the right to:
To use any of these rights, email us. We’ll reply within one month and won’t charge a fee.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, we’d appreciate the chance to sort it out first. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work:
The site runs on HTTPS, payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout, our forms are protected against spam and abuse, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it for your project. No system is perfectly secure, but if anything ever went wrong, we would tell you and the authorities where the law requires it.
We’ll update this page when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we start using a new tool that needs your consent, the cookie banner will ask you again.

These terms apply when you use aipnagency.com or hire Aipn Agency for a project. “Aipn”, “we” and “us” means Aipn Agency S.R.L., a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO [company number]), Str-la Ion Vodă 10, Cimișlia, Moldova, with offices in the United Kingdom and Italy.
Every project also has a written proposal setting out its scope, timeline, price and payment schedule. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.
You’re welcome to browse, share and link to this site. Please don’t copy our designs, code or content, try to break or overload the site, or use our forms to send spam. The information on the site is general and may change. A written proposal is what counts.
We don’t sell fixed packages. After a call, we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline, price and payment schedule. A quote is valid for 30 days. A project starts once you accept the proposal in writing (an email is fine) and the first payment has reached us.
Good projects are a team effort. You agree to:
If a project is on hold for more than 30 days while we wait for you, we may invoice the work completed so far.
Timelines in a proposal are our honest estimate, not a guarantee. If you’d like to add something outside the agreed scope, we’ll tell you the cost and time before doing it. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.
AI assistants, automations and generated content can make mistakes. We set them up carefully and test them, but you’re responsible for checking important outputs (such as quotes, invoices and customer replies) and for how your business uses them. AI tools rely on third-party services whose features, pricing and availability can change.
Unless your proposal says otherwise, you pay your advertising spend directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform. Our fee covers setting up and managing campaigns.
We work hard to get you results, but we can’t guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales or a particular return, because results depend on the market, your offer and the platforms. Ads must follow each platform’s policies, and the platforms make the final decision on approvals and account restrictions.
Your site may rely on outside services such as hosting, domains, payment providers, email and booking tools. Their own terms apply. We’ll help set them up and fix problems, but we aren’t responsible for their outages or changes. Where possible, accounts are set up in your name so you always stay in control.
If you find a bug in our work within 30 days of launch, we’ll fix it free of charge. After that, support and changes are covered by a maintenance plan or charged at our standard rate. This doesn’t cover problems caused by changes someone else makes, or by third-party updates.
We build things carefully, but no software is perfectly free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. If you’re a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to do the work. When we handle your customers’ personal data for you (for example in a CRM or automation), we act as your processor and follow your instructions, as described in our privacy policy and any data processing agreement between us.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Most things are sorted with a quick call.

Necessary ones keep the site working. With your OK we'd also use analytics to improve the site and marketing cookies to measure our ads. Cookie policy
